Creada a partir de una colaboración entre Giovanni Castiglioni y Lewis Hamilton, la MV Agusta F4 LH44, sigue el gusto y pasión del famoso piloto por el diseño y detalle. Tanto, que los colores de la moto se inspiran en su avión privado y de paso, en un Mustang GT500 del 67 ́que tiene en su vasta colección de autos. En la parte técnica, la F4 LH44 tiene el mismo nivel de las motos del campeonato World Super Bike (WSBK) y sólo hay 44 unidades en el mundo.
