Hace casi 100 años se creó esta botella de whisky. Pertenece a la casa Macallan y es de las más caras que ha existido hasta ahora. Se embotelló a los 60 años y el frente está pintado a mano por el artista irlandés, Michael Dillon. La escena ilustrada es un paisaje bucólico del hogar espiritual de Macallan, Easter Elchies House.
Esta venta rompe el récord del whisky más caro del mundo, que solía ser una botella edición especial Adami. Esta botella pintada a mano pertenece al mismo barril que la colección Adami/Blake. Ya sean pintadas por artistas o las que se consiguen en tiendas, estas ventas millonarias consolidan el crecimiento del mercado del whisky en el mundo, tanto para invertir como para disfrutarlo.
