El pasado fin de semana se realizó la antepenúltima eliminatoria del Vans Royal Side Stripe, la competencia oficial de skateboarding amateur estilo street más grande de México.
El Estado de México fue la sede donde nuevos talentos mostraron sus mejores trucos con la tabla. Esta vez, los encargados de evaluar a los participantes fueron Alejandro Pai, Daniel Medina Alvarez “Termita” y el Head Coach Max Barrera, quienes después de un largo debate anunciaron a los 8 finalistas que obtienen el pase directo a la semifinal, donde tendrán que demostrar sus habilidades compitiendo ante el campeón del año pasado, Nelson Garza.

El noveno lugar fue para Antonio Santiago, quien tendrá la oportunidad de competir con los novenos lugares de las demás sedes y obtener una wildcard especial para llegar directo a las clasificatorias y competir en la Ciudad de México.
La lista de finalistas de Vans Royal Side Stripe estará completa una vez que la última eliminatoria del próximo 1º de junio en la Ciudad de México se lleve a cabo.
