El whiskey Old Forester 1870 Original Batch es un homenaje al primer bourbon embotellado de la historia. Seleccionado de un lote limitado a 62 barricas, sus notas de cata son a clavo, frutas cítricas como naranja y toronja, nuez moscada, cítricos y pan de vainilla.
Por su parte, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, creado por Elijah Pepper en 1812, es un whiskey que acentúa las notas a madera aún más. Esto se logra a través de la maduración del líquido en una segunda barrica que fue especialmente tostada y carbonizada para resguardarlo por un año más, dando como resultado un whiskey con un mayor cuerpo y complejidad, con un tono a chocolate.
